People who are privileged and exercise some authority will bring change in Pakistan. People like us. Change has to be brought by us. Not people who live in oblivion. No Messiah will come. If you think positively, positive things happen and if you think negatively, negative things happen. We need to change and follow rules and be ethical: o Wear a seatbelt while driving o Dont cross the red traffic light even after midnight We always criticize that our country had a bad luck and we didnt get good leaders- the kind of people, the same kind of leaders- Jaisa mo, waisa chapat Our favorite past time is packybashing and washing our dirty linen in public We should have a larger than life image He related his story of his visit to India. He, with his Indian and European friend, decided to go for shopping in Delhi. On the corner of a road, they saw a man urinating on the sidewalk. The Indian counterpart with Mr. Irfan instantly made up a story saying that the urinating man is a Saddhu and they believe that if he releases himself on that piece of land, it will become fertile o This story shows how Indians never wash their dirty linen in public If something similar had happened in Pakistan, imagine what would we do? Who is Pakistans worst enemy? WE! Ghar ko aag lag gaye, ghar ke chiraagh se! Some facts that he discussed: o 400 multinational companies are operating in Pakistan o 51% of the revenue is generated by Pakistans banks o Karachi Stock Exchange is the 2nd top performing stock exchange in the world o 2nd largest exporter of fabric o 4th largest exporter of cotton o The population of Greece is 11mn and it has a debt of $500bn. The population of Pakistan 180mn and it has a debt of only $68bn. o According to Innovation Index, input rank of Pakistan is 25th whereas the output rank is 4th. o Asad, a child from Quetta, made the 6th largest telescope o A mechanic made plane by himself We always showcase negativity; we dont see the positivity in our country. We need to start focusing on the good things in Pakistan.
