College Armori Subject : Undertaking regarding my ongoing UGC Mionor Research Project Reference (1) Sanction File No : 47-1509/10(WRO) dated 7th Octo. 2010 Sir, As you are already aware that I am currently handling UGC minor research project entitled, Geology, Geochemistry and Petrology of Granite of South and SW of Mul area, of western Bastar craton, Chandrapur district, Maharashtra, Central India. First grant of the project amounting to Rs. 1,15,000/- was obtained vide letter No. reffered above. As against this I have submitted utilization certificate and statement of Expenditure amounting to Rs. 1,15,000/-. Since, no second installment have been released by UGC till date, there are no pending financial dues either with me or with the M.G. college, Armori. However, following items related to project have been purchased/procured by me, which I am here by handing over to you.

In the wake of above, there is no financial or other matter related to the project is due to me or the college. I, hereby take this responsibility to request UGC to transfer this project to my new place of appointment and allow me to submit project completion report from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.
