    Len:

    See if you can arrange a meeting with Jamie Gorelick this week. Getting her
    perspective in a one-on-one would be helpful as you get into writing the report.

    • I'd also suggest that before you meet with her, you, Dan Byman, and I get together
    to talk about key FBI/DoJ key issues, so we're clear on which way we want to take
    this portion of our piece. I've had some talks with Jamie in the past and have
    somewhat of a sense of what she's expecting. Dan has a good sense of how the
    Joint Inquiry approached FBI/DoJ and of what the policy angle to all of this is.
