DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This deed is made, executed and entered into by: MIGUEL S. PRANES, of legal age, married to AIDA P. PRANES, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at 3RD Street Gimenez Park Subdivision, Naga City, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR, -ANDAMI P. PRANES, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and postal address at 3RD Street Gimenez Park Subdivision, Naga City, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the registered owner of PRANES AUTO REPAIR SHOP; WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to assign all his rights, title and interest over the above property, and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in accordance with the terms herein set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the love and affection of the ASSIGNOR for the ASSIGNEE, the latter being the daughter of the former, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEE, all his rights, title and interest to the aforementioned property and the ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the assignment. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this 2ND day of May 2013 at Naga City, Philippines.
