2. Mi trng vi m: a. Nh cung cp: Nh cung cp l mc xch quan trng trong dy chuyn cung ng gi tr cho khch hng. H cung ng nhng ngun lc cn thit cho cng ty sn xut ra cc hng ho v dch v. Theo c cu tui: t 0-14 chim 24 %, t 16-64 chim 70 %, trn 64 l 6 %, vi lng dn s tr cao nh hin nay rt thun li cho cng ty cung ng sn phm Balo m nc matxa ny. b. I. PHN KHC TH TRNG: Phn khc th trng nhm da trn cc tiu thc phn khc nh sau: 1. Tiu thc nhn khu hc: i vi tiu thc nhn khu hc th c phn chia theo tui v theo i tng - tui: <18 tui, 18-35 , > 35 tui - i tng: c phn ra cc nhm l nhn vin cng s, hc sinh v sinh vin 2. Tiu thc hnh vi: i vi tiu thc hnh vi th c phn chia theo mc ch s dng v mc s dng - Trong mc ch s dng : th balo mt xa c s dng hng ngy mang hnh l, c, my tnh i hc hoc i lm. Mc ch s dng th 2 l to s thoi mi v thun tin cho vic i cng tc xa hoc i du lch di ngy v mang li 1 phong cch hp thi trang, nng ng. V mc s dng : bao gm mc s dng ti xch Trung bnh, s dng thng xuyn, v c th c s dng cho mi ma nhng c bit nhiu vo ma nng. Trn nhng tiu thc nhm tin hnh phn khc th trng thnh nhiu phn on th trng khc nhau.
