What are the differences?

What are the differences between the verbs?

WATCH

is also an action verb, again showing volition, paired with the preposition AT or FOR, as in Please look at my essay. It implies that not much time is spent in the looking and also indicates a desire to perform the action.

LOOK

SEE

is a stative verb, you see things whether you intend to or not. Your eyes are open and you see. You are not controlling the act. For example, Did you see that? Be careful, because it can also function like WATCH as in Did you see/watch the big game last night on TV?
