Deep-fried Tofu with Nori Ingredients : 2 blocks firm tofu, 2 sheets nori, 200g crispy flour, 1 egg Dipping sauce : 1 clove garlic, some basil, chilles, 1 tsp dark soy sauce paste, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, ¼ tsp sesame oil. Method : 1. Cut both tofu and nori into long strips. 2. Combine well crispy flour and egg with some water into a batter. Coat tofu with batter, then wrap with a piece of nori. 3. Heat some sol for deep-frying to about 160 – 170C, deep-fry tofu until golden brown. Remove and drain well. 4. To make dipping saude : chop garlic, chillies and basil, then combine well with the seasoning.
