Cendol Ice Bar Ingredients : 200g cendol, 1 shredded coconut, 1 palm sugar, 500 ml boiled water, some small

rectangle plastic bags. Method : 1. Cook palm sugar with some water until dissolved. Mix well shredded coconuts and boiled water and then use cloth to strain the juice. 2. Mix well palm sugar with coconut milk and cendol. Then pour the mixture into the plastic bag and tie a knot. Put into the freexer until frozen. Ready to serve.
