Sour Plums Ice Bar Ingredients : 15 sour plums, 150g castor sugar, 500 ml water, some small reatangle

plastic bags Method : 1. Pour water and sugar into the saucepan, then boil it until sugar has dissolved. Remove from the flame. 2. Put the plums into method (1). Let to cool, then pour into the plastic bag and tie a knot. 3. Chill into the freezer for 2 hours and serve.
