Job Description 1. Estimation for Electrical Project Tenders consisting of Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of LT/HT Panels, Transformers, Cables, Cable Trays, Bus Duct, Erection Accessories, Earthing System, DG Sets, Lighting Control System, Indoor/outdoor electrification etc. 2. Should understand Single Line Diagram (SLD) 3.Generating Bill of Materials from SLD 4. Panel Fabrication costing. 5. Selection of Switchgears & other materials of various makes 6. Understanding the Technical Specifications 7. Making Panel GA, Layouts, Single Line Diagram 8. Cost estimation for LT Panels, MCC Panels, PCC Panels, VFD Panels & PLC Panels 9. Power Calculations 10. Making Techno-commercial offers 11. Negotiation skill for effective costing 12. To find out new vendors and make a data base 13. Should know the various Electrical Standards, Statutory Requirements, Rules & Regulations for Electricals, Electricals Safety Rules 14. Convert the enquiry into Order 3 to 5 yrs experience in Design & Estimation for Electrical Panels like MCC, PCC, VFD Panels, PLC Panels
