REPORTS TO: Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Breakfast

Job Responsibilities:
Serving food and beverages to guests of the Habitat restaurant and lounge area Accurate payments cash handling and processing electronic

Providing quality guest service per the standards of the Restaurant and Hotel

Job Requirements:
Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal (additional languages spoken an asset) Must possess valid ProServe certification Must be neat, professional and well groomed Previous serving experience is essential Good knowledge of wines is essential Must possess good organizational/time management skills Excellent customer service skills and communication skills are essential Accurate cash handling skills and maintaining an balanced cash float/drawer Operation of credit and debit payment facilities Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays Must project a professional image Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and

request clarification when needed Must be guest service focused Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential
