What’s is the emotional
intelligence?
 The EI is the intelligence that gather the following aspects:
 Perspective
 Spontaneity
 Creativity
 Social skills
 Emotional Skills
 Emotional and sentimental control
 The use of the hope
 perseverance
 self-discipline
 responsibility
 Empathy (to recognize and accept the emotions and feelings of
the rest)
We as teacher must help
the students to be
emotionally stables
The emotional development
helps students to be insert
in the society.
Good ways of stimulate the Emotional skills in
students.

 Team Work: A good way of work for a


students is the team work because in this
way they can improve their social and
interpersonal intelligent because they learn
how to do a collaborative work.
Encourage the creativity and
aptitudes of students: It is
important for students
participate in classes and can
express their ideas in a free
way.
 Prevent the low self –respect: It’s
important for students to have the
respect of their teachers and
classmates at the moment of give an
opinion or idea about a specific topic.

 The censorship, the punishment, the inflexibility, the


obedience carries to extremes, the authoritarianism,
they are synonymous of a hierarchy of power that
annuls the own decisions, both in the family and in
the classroom, if we want a society of dialog, we
have to give space to the consensus, to the aptitude
to think and differ, and later orientate from the logic
of a good social conduct, with examples of the reality
that surrounds us.
 We us teachers have the power of foment
and strengthen in all of us the emotional
intelligence, and how the mistake or the lack
of the same subject can influence the
intellect or ruin a career.
