CODE OF ETHICS

Code of Ethics We realize that our business conduct reflects on our personal integrity and on our business integrity. Our code of business ethics is based on six key pillars:

Trustworthiness Respect Responsibility Caring Justice & Fairness Civic Virtue & Citizenship

Trustworthiness - I am honest and sincere in all of my dealings. My word is my bond. I keep my promises to my customers, my vendors and to my co-workers. Respect -I treat my customers my vendors and my co-workers with dignity and respect at all times. I do not tolerate harassment of any kind in the work place or in any situation where I could be perceived as representing the company. This includes any verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct that may interfere with another employee's ability to effectively perform his or her duties or that creates an intimidating offensive abusive or hostile work environment. Responsibility - I accept personal responsibility and am accountable for my actions at all times. I take responsibility to ensure that I am not in a condition where my ability to carry out my responsibilities is impaired. I take this responsibility when I am on the company property, when I am involved in company business or in any situation where I may be perceived as representing the company.

CODE OF ETHICS

Caring - I show consideration to our customers, vendors and co-workers. I care about my coworkers success and show kindness in my everyday dealings. Justice & Fairness - I am consistent in my actions, impartial in my dealings, and actively oppose any form of discrimination. I always follow due process and gather all the facts before rendering judgment. Civic Virtue & Citizenship - I abide by all local, state and federal laws. I actively promote the betterment of my community and create value for the community as a result of my successful business endeavors. I chose each of these principles because I strive to abide by these in my personal life. I feel that each of these areas will help anyone to make better guided decisions.
