To develop upper leather for children footwear with special properties, which includes but not limited to the softness, stretchiness (non-elastic) and devoid of any harmful chemicals Meet the specifications for children footwear - both physical and chemical properties Skin-friendly Leathers

Raw Material: Cow, Goat and sheepskins Pre-Tanning: Cleaner pre tanning operations such as enzyme only or enzyme assisted unhairing Tanning: Chrome-free or Less-chrome combination tanning method

Choice of chemicals will be based on the REACH specifications Use of light weight polymeric syntans Use of synthetic and semi-synthetic fat liquors Use of Light weight fat liquors based on phosphate esters Use of brighter coloured dyes Use of aqueous based finishing system Avoid formaldehyde based fixing during finishing of leathers
