Lewis: Companion CD for Medical-Surgical Nursing, 8th Edition This CD is designed to run on both PC and Macintosh.

Your computer should meet the following minimum requirements: Windows Windows XP SP2, Vista, or 32-bit Windows 7 operating system (64-bit versions are not currently supported. However, the application will most likely work on 64-bit version. Run As Administrator may be required.) Intel Pentium 4 processor (or equivalent x86 chipset) / 1 GHz or greater 65 MB available hard drive space 512 MB RAM (256 MB or lower may be sluggish) Minimum 1024 x 768 pixels screen resolution 16-Bit color 16X or faster CD-ROM drive / 8X or faster DVD-ROM Instructions If your system does not support Auto-run, double-click Lewis8e.exe from My Computer > CD/DVD-ROM to begin. Macintosh MAC OS 10.4.x, 10.5.x, or 10.6.x operating system Intel-based processor or PowerPC G4/G5 (867 MHz or higher) 65 MB available hard drive space 512 MB RAM (256 MB or lower may be sluggish) Minimum 1024 x 768 pixels screen resolution 16-Bit color 16X or faster CD-ROM drive / 8X or faster DVD-ROM Instructions Macintosh A CD icon labeled "Lewis8e" will appear on the screen once inserted. If it doesn't auto-open, double-click it. Double-click "Lewis8e" to launch the application. You might want to copy "Lewis8e.app" to your hard drive and run the program from that drive rather than the CD.
