I am currently in a wireless service contract with AT&T.

The service contract that I signed says that AT&T would provide me the specified services (voice and data) for a monthly fee that would remain fixed for the term of the contract. The contract also states that if AT&T increases their charges (outside of any Govt. imposed tax or fee) I would have the right to terminate the contract. Last month AT&T added a new fee to my bill ($0.61 per line). AT&T calls it an 'administrative fee', but AT&T's public statements confirm that it is meant to cover the expenses associated with providing the voice and data services described in my contract. It is NOT a Govt. mandated fee or tax. AT&T's customer service managers have rejected my request to waive this fee. AT&T claims that calling this an 'administrative fee' make it exempt from their contractual obligation to charge me the pre-agreed amount defined in the contract. It does not matter what AT&T calls it - the cost of my service is exceeding the amount stated in my contract. According to AT&T's logic, you could increase my bill by $60 and get away with it by calling it by an 'administrative fee'. That is absurd. Since AT&T is increasing my bill for a reason other than a Govt. mandated tax, you are in breach of the contract.
