    Respected Sir, We, the members of INFOCRATS, have planned to organize an quiz event (QUIZOCRATS) on 23rd and 24th of August . For the same we seek your permission to put up our registration desk at K-Block canteen for carrying out registration and promotion related work from August 15, 2013 to August 23, 2013 during recess time (12 noon to 12:45 pm(2nd year volunteers) and 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm(1st year and 3rd year volunteers)). We kindly request you to grant permission for the same and oblige.
