This is the first issue of the HelpZine newsletter, so things are still a little rough around the edges. For
example, the website at http://helpzine.ning.com still only has one member (me) and the groups on
Facebook still aren't showing a lot of activity.

I'm hoping that this newsletter will create more interest in my new community of helpful people.
