Sit in any comfortable posture. Cross your legs and clasp your hands. Close your eyes. Observe your normal and natural breath. Routine thoughts of the mind should be cut right away as and when they arise and come back to your breath again.
Anapanasati meditation is so simple, very easy and not at all difficult. Meditation can be done by any one, at any age, at any time and at any place. Meditate regularly at least for 30 minutes (in one sitting) every day. 123456789012
