Two Westchester Democratic Party members filed a lawsuit Tuesday claiming six Republican candidates for county legislator filed their designating petitions and opportunity to ballot petitions late. As a result, they asked that their petitions all be invalidated and their names removed from the Sept. 10 primary ballot.
Judge Robert DiBella threw the lawsuit out Thursday.
