Luncheon meat with potato cubes in sauce

Ingredients 1 can luncheon meat cut into cubes 4 potatoes (approx 500g) peeled, cut into cubes 1 tbsp chopped shallots Some chopped red chillies Some chopped spring onions 2 tbsp Maggie seasoning sauce Oil for frying Method 1. Heat plenty oil in wok, deep fry potato cubes and luncheon meat cubes separately till golden, remove and drain well. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil, fry chopped shallots till fragrant, add in fried potato and luncheon meat cubes, seasoning sauce, chopped red chillies and spring onions, fry quickly over high heat, Serve.
