Respected sir, I am working as veterinary assistant surgeon at cudalore-ot.I was under suspension from 02-042013.In my subsistence allowance proceddings order from april to july-2013, given by Dr.G.S.Ganesan,ADAH,cuddalore,he had intentionally changed my date of birth and date of retirement. I had requested him to mention the correct details from june 2013. He replied that he is the government,what he puts will be my date of birth,go to police or director of AH or Secretary or cm cell nobody can dictate meand saying to go to file FIR against him for fraud record creation I am getting subsistence allowance for the past 4 mmonths.I am poor and i am the bread winner of the family.So please intervene in this matter and get my date of birth corrected in my future subsistence allowance proceedings orders With your kind co-operation, Thanking you, Dr.C.Sankaranarayanan,BVSc., SERVICE MATTERS PROMOTION, TRANSFERS,NONPAYME Petition Status Accepted

ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & FISHERIES - DIR,ANIMAL HUSBANDARY The RJD has reported that date of birth of the petitioner was wrongly typed as 29.05.1968, instead of 29.06.1968 and date of retirement as 31.05.2026 instead of 30.06.2026 in the proceedings and he assured that this would not happen in future.
