Solve the September calendar and then make your own! Part 1: On the blank September calendar, show all the algebraic steps needed to solve each September problem. Make sure you show all steps to prove why the date is the answer.
30 points:
1 point per date for showing correct steps

Part 2: Write 10 of your own calendar problems, where the solution is the date. Ms. Kohn will assign you a set of 10 numbers to use. Each problem should be challenging and unique and should be written in a neat, organized way. Show the algebraic steps needed to solve your equations and inequalities. Types of problems you MUST include: 2 Equations (single and multi-step) 2 Distance = velocity x time problems (word problems) 2 Evaluate the function ________ when x = ____ 2 Inequalities 2 Other Use your other STEM classes as a resource ideas for problems? Physics formulas? Be creative!

20 points:
2 points per problem for writing each problem and showing the correct, worked out solution
