If we drop an egg from a height h lets say,what happens?

It breaks so where is the potential energy stored in the egg go ? it should either be converted into heat/sound energy and lost some of its energy in opposing the disspiative forces. so enregy is conserved it just changes its form. So if i lets say continously supply heat to the broken egg,it will reform and jump up back to its original height? No i doesnt ,it becomes an omlette. why doesnt the heat energy convert back into gravitational potential enregy?
