A NOVEL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ELECTROMAGNETICALLY COUPLED TRAIN

OBJECTIVE:
In this project we proposed that the trains each compartment will joined by electromagnetic coupler we will some threshold value of temperature if fire will produced in any compartment of train then temperature has been crossed threshold value then automatically cut the supply to the electro magnet then it will leaves that compartment. If any obstacle will be present in the railway track then it will sends message to the base station or train through RF transmitter/receiver. In lot of places two train will
go in same track and get accident and then causes lot of human loss and property loss. In this project the new idea to avoid this type of accident by sending the message through track to both train. If both train will come in same track then both train will communicates each other through track and then it will indicates to both train drivers. Here track communication done by RF encoder and decoder.

APPLICATIONS:
In Industrial applications, nowadays fully automation so there is possible to produce fire due to heat or else other at that time we implement same concept in industries. In nuclear power plant stations we use concept. To avoid train collision.

ADVANTAGES:
To avoid fire accidents. Economically low. Circuit simplicity. Highly sensible. We use electromagnetic coupling.

DISADVANTAGES:
It will consume more power to coupling two compartment of train. Power losses may be occurring.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXISTING AND PROPOSED METHOD:


In existing method we used to joining of two compartments by mechanically coupling method so we cannot cut the compartment while fire caused. In proposed method we use electromagnetic coupling so we easily joining of compartment and remove the compartment of train by giving power to electromagnets.
