    should be able to identify and analyse performance bottlenecks.

    suggest and implement solutions to resolve bottenecks by implementing correct in dexes ,Partitioning, sub partitioning etc. Suggest and implement data compression for high volumes. Should have experience of Oracle 10g to 11i upgrade. experience on implementing Oracle Golden gate will be a plus. If not should be a ble to take this take if scoped.
