Yeqrbook Guidelines & Tips for Clubs

Any club that provides us with photos and information WILL


be included in the yearbook.

Please take pictures of your various club activities throughout the year!

lt is important to make sure that all photos are of a certain quality. Files must be of a certain size. Otherwise, we cannot use these pictures for the yearbook without either making them extremely tiny or having them pixelate.
Pictures which have been uploaded to Facebook are usually not high enough quality to use.

image and/or file size, be sure to use the highest quality available. Many images mailed to us by students in the past have not been high enough quality to use.

lf you would like to have a posed group picture of your club and/or organization, please let me know of a good time, and either I or one of my staff members will be willing to come and take your picture. since it takes a while for a club to organize and develop a regular membership, I will contact you about group photos later in the semester. you may also contact me at il.lr,r;rlrar'r.t,@{,.ri,rlr-ior-.,,:blt.edr.r or by phone at ext.3051. You may also send your own group photos. However, please be sure to label who is who in the picture.
