    Check Points
    Check that Battery is installed in clean & dry area Check that Battery is not placed in hot place. Check that Battery room is properly ventilated Check that cells are correctly numbered Check that Battery are installed in proper racks as per design approved. Check that Cells are connected in right polarity. Connect Cables to Battery terminals only after inter cell, inter row connections are made. Use only copper cable lugs. Do not use aluminum cable at Battery terminals. Check electrolyte level in each cell. Checking & Recording of individual cell Voltage before & after Charging Checking & Recording of Battery terminal Voltage before & after charging. Checking & Recording of individual Cell Specific gravity before & after Charging. Load test of Battery
