| The early rains and the threat of
thunderstorms left us no choice but to
Tove our Annual Senior Citizen Picnic
indoors this year. it seems that everyone
had @ great time eating, dancing and laughing
‘with their fiends.
The Ewing Kiwanis fired up the gril to
‘cook the hamburgers and hot dogs. Our
Mayor Jack Ball and Councilman, Don Cox
sported thelr green aprons and fipped some
burgers. (We sincerely thank all of you for
your help). Dave Thompson, our Township
Business Administrator also stopped in to say
"hello?
‘Additional food was catered by
Slocum’. It was deliciousl! Many of the picnic
goers danced away the calories as Bill Hulse
from Happy Days DJ spinned the tunes and
enterained us with his jokes.
The Senior Citizen Advisory Committee
helped the Senior Office to organize this event.
In addition to serving the food, they brought in
home-made baked goods for dessert! Kudos to
you guys!

Cream Social In August. Algla retums in
September for our "End of Summer Acti.”
