Overview
Use Pixton tool to provide extra practice on the use of follow up questions in dialogues in a motivational way. This activity is to take place after a first presentation on the follow up questions subject, which can be made using the ss book, and its activities.

Objectives
As the students work through the activity they will be practicing and fixing: 1. 2. 3. The use of Past Simple Tense Some ways to show their feelings about what they hear (reactions / emotions) Sentences they can use to get more information about something during a conversation (follow up questions)

Activities
1. Show the comic strip A bit more info on the e-board. Check the understanding of comic strip. Allow them to get in touch with the meaning of the dialogue. Ask the students if they know Pixton or any other Comic Strip Generator. Choose two students to read the comic strip. Brainstorm about the body and face language and how much it communicates about the way Sally is feeling and about how this info hits John. Quickly show students how to create their own For Fun ac count at Pixton and ask them to create a comic strip using one of the follow up questions learned and share it on our Edmodo Group.
