AIM
To apply relevant knowledge, skill & Professional Judgment in carrying out the role as an accountant in Governance, Internal Controls, Compliance & Management of Risk & Ethical framework.

ASSESSMENT
3 hour exam, plus 15 minutes reading time Que1: Section A Case study, 50 marks , different areas of syllabus will be tested on the skills like evaluation, relate & apply the theoretical knowledge Section B- 2 out of 3 questions to be answered, 25 marks each. Examiner: David Campbell

The system by which organization is directed & controlled (Cadbury Report) It is a set of relationship between an entitys directors, shareholders and other stakeholders Also provides the structure through which the objectives of the entity are set and determines the means of achieving those objectives and monitoring performance Cg is an issue for all entities, whether they be large quoted entities commercial entities notforprofit organisations including: - public sector - nongovernmental organisations
