Coliseum

This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful. Lots of people come


every year to see the amazing coliseum. It is located in Rome, Italy. It was
inaugurated in 80 after Christ, with a celebration that lasted 100 days
long. What a party! You can take a guided tour around the coliseum and see all
the wonders this place has to offer.

#Tower of Pisa

It is located on the Piazza dei Miracoli, in Pisa, Italy. It stands one hundred
and eighty-three Feet tall or 56 meters. August 9, 1173 is when it is said to have
started to be constructed. It finished around the year 1350. The tower was first
renovated in 1373 & then again in 1838-1840. The Pisa tower Leans 11 feet 8
inches. This is a Great place to see a piece of architecture so magnificent and
full of history.
Eiffel Tower
This spectacular tourist attraction is located in Paris, France. It stands 984
feet or 300 meters tall. The tower is twice as tall as the Washington Monument. It
was built in 1889. The man who created this is named Gustave Eiffel. He also
constructed the Statue of Liberty. This only took about 2 years to build and
complete. It took approximately 7 million nails!!

Vatican City

The Vatican is home to Pope Benedict XVI. He has been head since 2005. The Vatican
is located in Vatican City, which is within Rome, Italy. This tiny place is only
about 0.17 square miles. That’s pretty big. The population is about 798 people.
#Buckingham Palace

This is located in London. It was built in 1705 by John Sheffield, the duke of
Buckingham. This amazing place has these guards that stand out in front. They make
no facial expression and tourist try all kinds of things to make them laugh but
nothing ever works. There is also a Queen Victoria Memorial in front of the
palace.
