September 4, 2013 Dear Parents: What a wonderful first few days of school!!

I feel so lucky to have such an amazing group of students and supportive parents. I want to let you know of a couple reminders as we go through the year. Homework comes home on Monday and is due on Friday. Due to testing during our first week we werent able to get to all of our math lessons, therefore please turn the math packet of homework in next Friday, September 13 that went home on this past Tuesday. Take home folders go home every day and are returned to school each day. Please remember to encourage your child to read and fill out their reading log on a daily basis. Dont forget to peek at their behavior calendar that is located in their take home folder. Please initial that on Saturdays.

And I just have to say I was so overwhelmed by all the wonderful donations for our classroom!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
