Abstract
More and more enterprises are now involved in international project. From the
perspective of contractor, this paper is intended to develop a method of project management
based and focusing on contract management. This method will help contractor to improve the
level of management and to build capacity for international project. Besides the discussion on
means and importance of contract management, its also highlighted the requirement for
effective contract management.
