Student Contract
As indicated by my signature, I am acknowledging that I clearly understand and fully agree to honor all expectations at Schermerhorn Street.

I understand there is absolutely NO USE OF ELECTRONICS, including cell phones, in the building during class hours. In case of an emergency, I can speak with Mr. Francis, Mrs. Haywood, Ms. Rosen, Mrs. Rashid or Ms. Jefferies to make a call. I will also give the school number to whoever needs to reach me in case of an emergency and they will contact me to receive the call. I understand that I will only receive one package of supplies on my first day. After that, I will be solely responsible for bringing any supplies needed to participate in class. I understand that I can go online via Jupiter grades to review my progress in ALL of my classes. I understand that I am to follow all the rules and regulations of the building explained to me. I also understand that failure to do so may lead to disciplinary meetings with the Assistant Principal, Dean and Guidance Counselors. If unwelcomed behavior continues, I understand that I will be transferred to a different sight. __________________________
