3. Why do you need this scholarship and how will it be used?

Further my studies in Mechanical Engineering at Northwest State Community College.


After which I plan to transfer to Tri-State College of Engineering in Angola, Indiana.
With my education in engineering I hope to serve my community in either the automobile
industry or in the making of custom prosthetics for the physically challenged. I have
spent time with the owner of SRT prosthetics as he has been with customers. The change
he makes in the life of his patients in reinnabiling them to do the things they were once
able to do is something that struck me as important
4. What do you think is the function of Lionism? (Approximately 25 words).

To serve. Lionism challenges the problems of diabetes, drug abuse prevention and
blindness. Locally, Lionism worked to improve the quality of life in our local
community.
