8, Gokhale Road, Kolkata 700020 Current Status in respect of WP(C) No. 3790/2013 in the matter of recognition of Sections A & B examinations of IEI by MHRD The above Writ Petition, filed by IEI in Delhi High Court on 27 May 2013, came up for hearing on 06 Aug 2013. The Honble Delhi High Court is pleased to extend the interim stay of the order of the Ministry of Human Resource Development dated 06 Dec 2012 till further orders and the next date of hearing is fixed on 09 Jan 2014. In the meanwhile, the respondents have been directed to file their counter affidavits within four weeks and the petitioners to file their rejoinders within two weeks thereafter.
