This ADDENDUM is official notification that given the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals opinion, the CUB agreement is no longer required, although you are free to voluntarily enter into the CUB agreement should you choose. Please submit proposals accordingly. A MANDATORY pre-bid site meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Riverbend Preserve proposed parking lot location on Allen Road (across from the Clinton Assembly of God Church at 13080 Clinton Road, Clinton, MI 49236. In order to submit a proposal you must attend this meeting.
