In 1849 he wrote "Civil disobedient", where he state that civilian should no acc ept the rules of unjust governments and they should protest not throught violenc e, but throught acts of disobedience. Arguments: The only obligation which I have right to assume is to do any time what I think right. Government could be detrimental for society; just because it is elect for a majo rity it doesn't mean that they decisions are right or acceptable. Every individual need to answer his own conscience.
