Preparation 1.Dough: Mix the flour with the eggs, milk and brandy. Melt the chocolate with two Tbsp of water and mixing with the dough. Make pancakes in a pan with a little margarine. 2.Heat the milk with orange peel and vanilla then add the chocolate and melt. Strain and set aside in a jar.

5 3.Serve the pancakes with a ball of cream, a scoop of ice cream, 1/2 chopped banana and hot chocolate sauce (GLOBUS).
