    Cut out dove shape and rectangle. Cut a slit insert into dove as shown. On a flat surface, fold rectangle on the short end in 1 cm. Turn over and repeat to make a fan. Round edges of fan by cutting a semi-circle on both ends. Insert fan into dove opening. Attach string and hang on a stick, the tree or directly on ceiling.
