The present invention discloses a hemiplegia coronary circulation promoting Chinese medicine preparation which is used for preparing apoplexy, which is prepared by the following components by weight: 100 parts of astragalus, 60-80 parts of campanumaea pilosula, 50-70 parts of angelica, 30-50 parts of chuanxiong rhizome, 30-50 parts of red paeonia, 40-60 parts of salvia root, 25-40 parts of safflower, 30-50 parts of dried tangerine fibres, 30-50 parts of earthworm, 20-30 parts of pangolin, 20-30 parts of buthus martensi karsch, 20-30 parts of giant typhonium tuber, 30-50 parts of batryticated silkworm, 40-60 parts of gastrodia elata, 30-50 parts of scutellaria, 30-60 parts of felwort, 0.6-0.8 parts of muskiness, 30-50 parts of medicinal cyathula root, 40-50 parts of loranthus mulberry mistletoe, 30-50 parts of acorus gramineus soland, 30-50 parts of arisaema cum bile,; 3040 parts of alum-processed pinellia tuber, 40-50 parts of dipsacus asper, 30-40 parts of prepared hirudo, 20-30 parts of rhubarb, 40-60 parts of hooked uncaria and 30-50 parts of abalone shell. The curative effect of Chinese medicine preparation is remarkable. The observation to 678 apoplexy patients shows that 583 patients are basically cured and the basic cure rate is not lower than 86%. The number of patients which are clearly better is 92 and the rate is not lower than 12%.
