DEFINITION

The introduction of contaminants into the environment that cause harm or discomfort to human or other living organisms, or that damage the environment.

AIR POLLUTION
Smoke that contain a number of noxious gases. Cause breathing difficulties

WATER POLLUTION

Litter Chemical pollution


Natural pollution

Cigarette butts, cans, paper or plastic bags

Detergents, oil or fertilizers.

Leaves, garden clippings, animal droppings and water from roof restoration works.

NOISE POLLUTION
Can cause problems ranging from minor irritation through to hearing loss. Common sources of offensive noise include barking dogs, air conditioning units, swimming pool filters, amplified music and industrial machinery.
