Charging Policy There are times during the school year when theatre groups and other visitors

are invited to the school. These activities are planned as part of the curriculum for that time of the term, and are therefore considered as educational activities. The school can make no charge for these if they occur during the school day. However, parents will be asked to make a voluntary contribution to support such activities. Please note: Parents are under no obligation to make a contribution and all children will take part in the activity. The school reserves the right to cancel an activity if voluntary contributions are insufficient to meet the cost of the activity. Children gain so much from these activities and it is disappointing when they are cancelled

Breakages: the school reserves the right to request payment from parents for the cost of any damage done to school property by their child.
