1) Which Spring Technologies products have you used so far and what were the advantages for your projects? I have used Spring dependency injection, MBeans , RMI , MVC feature.

2) Have you ever used Spring MVC? If so, can you explain which logic Spring uses to bind an input form value with the controller parameter? Yes. Spring inject DataValidator controller which will be bind to input form. 3) Have you ever used the Hibernate Framework? If so, did you use xml or annotation based configuration and why? Do you prefer a Criteria or a HQL based strategy? NO 4) If you have never used Hibernate, have you used another ORM Framework and which? I worked with SQL. I did not use any ORM Framework. 5) Have you ever used ExtJS Framework? If not, have you ever used any JavaScript framework? NO. . 6) Do you know AJAX? Whats the reason for using it? I know AJAX theoretically but never got chance to work on it. 7) Do you know what continuous integration systems are? Which ones have you used so far and can you explain what their added value is? Yes we use Jenkins/Hudson for our integration test. 8) How do you measure the code quality in your projects? We see the JUnit, Code Coverage , findBugs and PMD rules to measure code quality.

9) How do you manage dependencies in a project? Technical dependencies by talking to/discussing with required people.

10) Which DB technology have you used so far? I have used Versant database with SQL query.
