Subject: Cuts in Support for Developmentally Disabled Individuals

To whom it may concern;

We understand that the State of Colorado is going to severely cut the funds currently being
provided to developmentally disabled individuals. We have been advised that these cuts will be
implemented on July 1st. The impact of a cut of up to 50%, which is being talked about, would
be devastating to the care currently being provided to these individuals.

A cut of 50% in the services provided to the deaf and blind adult son, Sean, of our friends, Mick
and Nancy Wenlock, could undo the progress he's made in his life to catastrophic results that not

voice to do it for themselves.
