ARROW (AquaRecycle Reverse Osmosis Water) reduces

Reverse Osmosis is the only technology that effectively removes TM ALL TDS in the wastewater. The ARROW system uses Reverse Osmosis in its media filtration process. Other competitors who use ceramic membrane, nanofiltration and or microfiltration can not remove TDS.  Discharged wastewater is pumped to wastewater holding tank (IPT) and then pumped to our lint removal vibration system for removal of all large solids, providing filtered water ready for recycling A centrifugal pumps sends the filtered water through a series of pressure filters (each containing filter media) effectively removing suspended solids, oil and grease, soaps, organics and other contaminants to our recycled water supply tank When washers demand hot and cold water, the recycled water is then sent through our Reverse Osmosis system, and combined with city water makeup, provides a final recycled water product that is drinking water quality UV, Ozone, and RO technology provides a triple assault on bacteria and viruses prior to the hot and cold water feed back to the washers. The AquaRecycle TM AquaSmart system monitors water quality and chemistry to insure only the best quality water goes back into the laundry operation
