September 20 2013 Kelowna Art Gallery Water St, Kelowna BC Dear Curator I am applying for the position of Artist Assistant at your Gallery. I have been to the Gallery for the Cool Arts programs, and I really liked them. I heard of this position from the counseling office at Kelowna Secondary School. I would like to have a job as Assistant because I feel that I would help make a difference in the way the paintings are organized in the room. Furthermore I feel I would have fun as it would help expand my knowledge of many different kind of art. I am good at painting, Drawing, Slight sketching, avid reader, piano player. These skills would be useful to you because I am a very creative individual. I have control of my stress level and am not easily angered. Mostly I enjoy being around others, and am usually very happy. I think the art gallery should hire me because I am a hard worker.
