One Assistant Environmental Health Officer There are 4 peoples required to form a team during ades inspection at college .

Role and responsibility for each member -One Head of group public officer- give instruction during inspection -One public health officer as a witness when taking sample larva -One public health officer as PJJ (Pemugut jentikjentik)/ sample larva collector -another public health officer as photographer to take picture for approving evidence

Food and drink preparation (refreshment) Transportation Prepare boxes for sample storage Get a map before going for inspection Go for high risk area and then low risk area Prepare container for collecting larva sample Prepare Marker pen and masking tape for labelling sample Prepare electrical torch Prepare pipette and glove Camera Form for recording cases

Instrumentation

Formal letter and Layout plan for

Letter of authority will be given by Assistant Environmental Health Officer and then inform to each management of college

 In the letter set a period of time and day for inspection Get the layout plan from management of each college Preparation before Ades Inspection 5 Group Discussion Make a short briefing before going to field inspection Established a gantt chart or schedule and follow the schedule during field inspection. In the gantt chart, state the date, time and which college will going for inspection. Head of group public officer should make sure all the instrument has brought by using checklist before go for field inspection.
