Background The rain of 2013 caused significant damages to life and property of the refugees in the camps. In the context a, rain prevention kits were designed for 4000 refugee families for water proofing of the rooftops to minimize the damage to the life and hopefully property in the upcoming monsoon season. On June 13, 2013, the shipment of the kits arrived at the warehouse. The shipment was received by the Procurement Assistant. Quality assurance committee was formulated, who carried out a random quality check 0of rain prevention kits against the approved standards. The results founded are given below. A total of 250 rain prevention kits were checked randomly and weighed. 3 out of 250 kits were found in error (0.012 %) which means that 12 out of 1000 kits will be in error. The supplier and the procurement team were informed about the matter. Therefore the 3 kits will be replaced. Almost all of the samples were photo captured.
